Lodging Information for Participants Presenters:
Lodging (two nights) at the conference site, meals, coffee breaks, conference banquet, and conference documentation are free of charge for all presenters. Travel support for students with accepted presentations is available. Students must send an email to the Conference Secretariat along with a letter from their Department Head/Chair that states that the participant is a full-time student.

We have negotiated a reduced rate. The number of rooms is limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. To receive the reduced room rate, the room must be reserved by Tuesday, November 1, 2022.
